Rachel Kelly was educated at St Paul’s Girls’ School and then at Oxford University, where she read Modern History. She is also the author of Black Rainbow: How Words Healed Me - My Journey Through Depression, for which she created the Black Rainbow app and which won the Spear’s Best First Book Award, and Walking on Sunshine: 52 Small Steps to Happiness. Rachel also runs poetry workshops for mental health charities and in prisons. She is married with five children aged between eight and seventeen and has always loved poetry. www.rachel-kelly.net

Allie Esiri read Modern and Medieval Languages at Cambridge University. She is also the editor of A Poem for Every Night of The Year and The Love Book, and she created The Love Book poetry app, which features acclaimed actors reading poems.
